Designed in collaboration with the Maroochydore-based practice OGE Group Architects, this beachside residence is located just south of Caloundra on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. The house’s split level section ensures that the living areas to the East are elevated to offer uninterupted views towards the northern tip of nearby Bribie Island. A north-facing pocket-garden at the heart of the ground floor plan brings natural light and ventilation to all of the main living spaces. A roof terrace was included late in the design development process from which to enjoy 360 degree panoramic views of the unique coastal and hinterland landscape surroundings.
