This project was a joint venture with Brisbane practice Open Architecture Studio for four new townhouses on a site in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast.
The four residences are set out over five levels, each connected vertically with a central light filled stairwell and private lift system. On the top level of each townhouse is a covered terrace which offers spectacular views across to the northern tip of Bribie Island.
Construction work completed May 2020.
