Our client obtained permission to demolish their existing house and sub-divide their land to allow for the construction of two identical brick houses. Each building is divided into two parts, separated by a double-height partially covered courtyard. The main open-plan living area is located in-between this courtyard space and the north-facing back garden, with large sliding doors ensuring maximum connectivity between these spaces.
