Buddina House

This residence for a large family is a joint venture with the Sunshine Coast practice OGE Group Architects, and is located on an East facing site in the Sunshine Coast suburb of Buddina which overlooks the Pacific Ocean. A panoramic aperture from the first level living area frames the spectacular ocean views to the East, while to the North the plan has been carved out to create a covered entrance and entertainment terrace which brings plenty of natural light and ventilation into the centre of the building. The master bedroom is arranged over the top level and a separate apartment on the raised ground floor is ideal for returning grown-up children, visiting grand-parents or ageing-in-place scenarios.
